GHK-Cu reading list

Some entries document an experiment. Others assemble earlier results. The distinction matters when the same small study turns up in several places.

Starting with cell survival

For the opening safety question, start with Dymek and colleagues on liposomal GHK-Cu. For an actual human skin outcome, the post-laser trial records redness and satisfaction separately. The 2025 anti-wrinkle review brings the cosmetic findings and delivery problems together.

The rat plasma paper deserves a place beside every confident human half-life estimate. Its title is unusually useful: it names the peptide, its metabolite and the species. The human hair trial rewards the same close attention to the material tested.

Authorship and repetition

Loren Pickart and colleagues account for much of the foundational and review literature in this list, including the 2015 skin-regeneration review and the 2018 gene-data review. Confirmation of the broader anti-aging and gene-expression claims by other groups remains limited.

My enthusiasm rises when an interesting observation survives a fresh experiment. Multiple reviews can help interpret an observation, though they leave its original participant count unchanged. The full source list follows.
